Elena Pugliese has four years of work experience. Elena began their career in 2012 as an Intern at INRIM. In 2014, they were an Intern at CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives, where they worked on degradation monitoring in FPGAs exposed to radiation. Elena then moved to Nokia Bell Labs in 2015 as a Research Engineer. In 2017, they became an FPGA Engineer at NovaSparks.

Elena Pugliese has a diverse educational background. Elena earned a High School Diploma from Liceo Scientifico \"F. Masci\", Chieti in 2009. Elena then attended Politecnico di Torino, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering in 2012, followed by a Master of Science (MSc) in Electronics Engineering in 2015. In 2013, they also attended Télécom Paris, where they earned a Graduate French Engineering School Degree in Electronics Engineering. Additionally, they attended Alta Scuola Politecnica in 2013 and Politecnico di Milano, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Electronics Engineering in 2015.
