Marcin Chrusciel

Marcin Chrusciel serves as a Search Fund Principal at Novastone Capital Advisors, focusing on identifying and acquiring established SMEs in Poland and neighboring Eastern European countries, particularly in the industrial automation, robotics, and manufacturing sectors. Previous roles include Co-Founder and CEO of Scuderia RaceTec, which developed SRTmotion, a 3DoF motion platform for simulation games, and Board Member at infraSpectra, specializing in active thermography systems. Marcin has extensive experience in executive leadership and business development, having held positions such as Vice President Eastern Europe at Averna, Managing Director at both Test & Measurement Solutions Group and CIT Engineering Polska, where significant revenue growth was achieved. Marcin holds an Executive MBA from Oxford Brookes University and has pursued further education in financial engineering, mergers and acquisitions, and negotiation dynamics across various prestigious institutions.
