Mark Irish, MBA

Mark Irish, MBA, has significant experience in finance and management roles. Mark is currently serving as the Head of Premium Finance at Yaldi Premium Finance since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Sunfinity Renewable Energy as the Director of FP&A from August 2016 to June 2020. During their time there, they were responsible for budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and long-range planning. Mark presented analyses to the executive management team.

From July 2013 to July 2016, Mark worked at Alliant Insurance Services as the AVP/Senior FP&A Manager. Their responsibilities included budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and long-range planning. Mark also led transition items during the sale from QBE to Alliant, implemented cost-saving measures, and created bonus commission plans.

Before Alliant Insurance Services, Mark served as the Senior Financial Analyst & Supervisor at Peerless Manufacturing from April 2011 to June 2013. Mark was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and KPI analysis.

Mark's earlier experience includes working as the Financial Reporting Manager at Galderma from July 2008 to February 2011, where they led a team and streamlined financial reporting processes. Mark also worked as a Senior Financial Analyst/Supervisor at HealthMarkets from May 2006 to July 2008, where they built a new financial reporting group and created reporting tools for executive management.

Mark began their career as a Finance Specialist at Accenture and later worked as a Financial Analyst at Carter & Burgess.

Mark Irish, MBA, earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Texas Christian University, where they attended from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington, completing their studies from 2001 to 2003. Prior to their higher education, Mark graduated with a high school diploma with advanced honors from Ennis High School in 1994.
