Andrzej Kieszek

Andrzej Kieszek has a diverse work experience in various managerial roles. Andrzej most recently served as the COO and VP at Novatech ApS, a part of the NT Group. Prior to that, they worked as a Plant Manager/Site Manager at Jøtul AS, where they led the recruitment of a core team and successfully started production at a new greenfield factory.

Before joining Jøtul AS, Andrzej worked at ABB as a Local Business Unit Manager/Plant - Factory Manager, where they gained extensive experience in managing manufacturing operations. Andrzej also served as the Operations Manager Eastern Europe at Elsevier, where they were responsible for various operational areas, including production, warehousing, distribution, and IT.

Earlier in their career, Andrzej held the position of Operations, Development and Procurement Manager at Daicel Safety Systems Europe, where they played a key role in establishing the company's structure and managing multiple departments. Andrzej also worked at GE Transportation and ABB as a Project, Program Manager and Project Manager, respectively.

Andrzej's work experience demonstrates their expertise in operations management, team leadership, project management, and strategic planning. Andrzej has a track record of achieving operational excellence, executing restructuring projects, and driving business growth.

Andrzej Kieszek has a diverse education history. Andrzej obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the field of MBA from the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, where they attended from 2007 to 2009. Before that, they pursued a degree in Information Technology from the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, completing their Engineer degree from 1999 to 2004. Earlier, they earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university, attending from 1991 to 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Andrzej has also acquired several certifications. In 2010, they obtained the certification of Internal Auditor ISO/TS 16949:2009. Andrzej also completed the Internal Compliance Program ICP/WSK PN-N-19001 for Strategic Trade Act that same year. Going further back, they received a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from General Electric in 2003. In 1999, they completed a certification in Project Management from the Educational Services Institute, The George Washington University.
