Jonathan Fredericks, MBA, DSL

Jonathan Fredericks, MBA, DSL has a diverse work experience. From 2018 to present, they have worked as a Program Manager and Security Manager for NovaTech, a high tech engineering company that focuses on Nuclear, Industrial, and Defense engineering projects. From 2011 to 2018, they worked for the US Army in various roles, including Future Operations Planner, Maintenance Company Commander/Logistics Advisor, Forward Support Company Commander/Logistics Advisor, Service and Supply Officer, and Operations Training Officer/Contract manager. Jonathan was responsible for the accountability, training, and welfare of 94 and 105 Soldiers, respectively, and managed over $22 million and $13 million in facility and maintenance equipment. Additionally, they served as a Logistics Advisor Team Lead and Afghan National Army Logistics advisor to senior leadership within the Afghan National Police and Afghan National Army, respectively.

Jonathan Fredericks obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and Business from Virginia Military Institute between 2003 and 2007. In 2011, they were certified as a Demonstrated Senior Logistician from SOLE-THE INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF LOGISTICS, INC. A/K/A SOL. In 2019, Jonathan Fredericks began pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Lynchburg, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
