Phanindra Talasila

Phanindra Talasila has a solid work background in the field of robotic process automation (RPA) and automation engineering. Phanindra started their career as an IBM BPM Developer at HCL/BSV Technologies Private Limited in 2010, where they worked until 2013. Phanindra then joined IBM in 2013, initially as an Automation Engineer, and later became an Automation Lead in 2017. In 2018, they transitioned into the role of a Senior RPA Developer at IBM, holding this position until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Phanindra worked at Capgemini as part of the RPA Center of Excellence (COE) team. Currently, they are serving as an RPA Technical Lead at Novatio Solutions, starting from May 2022.

Phanindra Talasila obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada. In addition, they obtained a certification as a UiPath Advanced Developer UiARD from UiPath in January 2023.
