Novation iQ
Drew Patterson is an accomplished Process Engineer with significant experience in managing process improvement initiatives, particularly in aseptic liquid fill processes at Thermo Fisher Scientific since January 2019. At Novation iQ, Drew developed a pilot scale thermoforming operation that drastically reduced development costs and generated predictive curves for polymer recipes. Previous roles include Process Engineer II at The University of Kansas, where Drew supported undergraduate education in mass transfer engineering, and positions as an IT Intern and Engineering Intern, contributing to database construction and satellite design, respectively. Drew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Kansas and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University.
