K P Roy

Vice President -Supply Chain Management & Quality at Novatium

K P Roy has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. K P began their career as an Electronic Technician at Crompton Greaves in 1987, where they were responsible for maintenance planning and leading a team in the manufacturing process. In 1991, Roy joined GE as a Manager in the Six Sigma & Quality Programmes department, where they were involved in translating best practices and implementing stable operation projects. After that, they worked at Cummins Auto Services Ltd from 2001 to 2006 as a Deputy General Manager in Quality, focusing on service excellence initiatives and process design. Finally, they served as the Vice President of Supply Chain Management & Quality at Novatium Solutions (P) Ltd, where they oversaw end-to-end operational management, including product design, manufacturing, logistics, and customer support.

K P Roy attended the Junior Technical School, where they completed the Technical- Turner program. K P later enrolled in Seethi Sahib Memorial Polytechnic to pursue a Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication. Lastly, they attended Shobhit University to obtain a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree, although the specific field of study is not provided.
