Elliot Morales

Elliot Morales, Jr., MBA, PMP has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Elliot currently serves as the Sr. Director of Global Program Management, Regulatory and Quality at Novavax Inc, where they have successfully led the program management efforts for the company's vaccine development initiatives, including securing FDA Emergency Use Authorization approval for their COVID-19 vaccine. Prior to this, Elliot held the position of Senior Director of Regulatory Advocacy in the Biologics Division at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where they engaged with partners and stakeholders and coordinated regulatory strategies. Elliot also served as the Vice President of Operations and Program Management at Corridor Pharmaceuticals, Inc., overseeing R&D operations and ensuring compliance with cGMP standards. Additionally, Elliot held various roles at Neose Technologies, Inc., including VP of Project Management and Analytical Operations, Sr. Director of Project Management, and Manager of QC/QA. Overall, they have a strong background in project and program management and a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry.

Elliot Morales, Jr., MBA, PMP has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Innovation & Technology from Rutgers University - Newark. Elliot also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biochemistry from Rutgers University. Furthermore, Elliot has obtained additional certifications including Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning, Introducing Robotic Process Automation, IoT Foundations: Fundamentals, Systems Thinking, and Project Management Professional. The Project Management Professional certification was obtained in 2010 from the Project Management Institute.
