Jaya Pandey, CPTC™, currently serves as the Manager of QA, Training, Learning, and Development at NOVAVAX INC, where significant global training initiatives have resulted in compliance with GxP standards rising from 50% to 85%. Previous experience includes a role as Documentation & Training Specialist at USP, improving volunteer engagement by 80% and operational effectiveness by 50% through innovative training programs. Jaya founded and led CYNCZ LLC, a contact aggregation software startup, and has extensive experience in technical writing and business analysis with companies such as MedImmune and Overture Technologies. Educational credentials include a BS in Computer Science from American Sentinel College and additional studies in Software Technology from NIIT Institute and a BA in History from Delhi University.
