Nicole A. Davis

Nicole A. Davis has over three decades of experience in payroll and compensation management. Nicole A. is currently the Director of Global Payroll at Novavax. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Payroll Operations Manager at GP Strategies Corporation from October 2019 to December 2022. Before that, they held various roles at Capital One, including Compensation Manager, International HR Operations/Payroll Manager, and US Payroll/HR Operations Manager, where they successfully implemented system enhancements, managed multiple teams, and achieved successful year-end processes. Earlier in their career, they served as Vice President/Accounting Manager III at Chevy Chase Bank, where they transformed the Payroll department, managed regulatory reporting and payment processes, and improved employee morale.

Nicole A. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business- Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which was obtained between 1994 and 1998. Nicole A. also has an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from Anne Arundel Community College. In terms of additional certifications, Nicole has completed a Post Grad Diploma in Payroll and Payroll Compliance Management from the National Academy of Indian Payroll in 2013, and they have also received Workday Advanced Compensation Training from Workday in 2017.
