Tom Stuber

Tom Stuber is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in accounting and finance. Currently serving as the Chief Accounting Officer at Novavax since September 2022, Stuber previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Accounting at 2U from September 2018 to September 2022. Prior to that, Stuber operated as an Independent Consultant and built a significant tenure at Freddie Mac from January 2002 to March 2017, occupying various VP Finance roles including Treasury Operations and Investments & Capital Markets. Earlier, Stuber worked as an Independent Consultant and an Audit Senior Manager at KPMG. Stuber holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from William & Mary and an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
