Ronak Rajan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, business development, and mentoring across various industries. Currently serving as the Managing Director and CEO of NovaVente, a Great Place-To-Work® Certified™ Global Sales Enablement Company, Ronak has successfully built dedicated demand generation teams and closed significant deals, including a $700K software contract with a leading Indian Fortune 500 company. As the Founder and COO of NovaVente, Ronak also provides valuable mentorship to small and mid-sized companies in sales strategy and funding. Other roles include being an Investor and Advisor at ThoughtMinds, a National Powerlifting Champion, and a member of the India FinTech Forum. With prior leadership positions at notable companies such as FutureBridge, Palantir, and Baker Hughes, Ronak Rajan also holds multiple degrees in engineering, marketing, and sales.
