Jessie Cowan

Jessie Cowan is an experienced construction professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Novel Builders since December 2022, Jessie previously owned Cowan Construction from May 2010 to April 2022 and held the position of Project Manager at PSSI Construction from June 1998 to May 2010. Jessie earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction and Operations Management from the University of North Texas between 1994 and 1998 and has a background as a veteran of the United States Army.
