Matthew Boerner

Matthew Boerner has a diverse range of work experience in the field of audio production, composition, and sound design. Matthew has worked as an Audio Lead and Composer for Novel Effect, an AR startup, where they create music and designs audio for film and interactive experiences. Matthew is also a founding member of the company. Prior to their role at Novel Effect, Matthew was self-employed as a Composer and Sound Designer for games and film for several years. Additionally, they have experience working as a Film Scoring Lab Monitor Assistant at Berklee College of Music.

Matthew Boerner completed a Master's degree in Film Composition at the Seattle Film Institute from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Film Scoring and Video Game Composition from Berklee College of Music, where they studied from 2013 to 2016.
