Ahmed Hafiz, MBA, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Novel Non Metallic Solutions since November 2020, where responsibilities include establishing corporate structure and advancing non-metallic innovation in energy exploration and distribution. Previously, Ahmed was part of Baker Hughes' Elite Executive Development Program from November 2016 to November 2020, overseeing a $120M portfolio in Kuala Lumpur and leading operations in China. Prior experience includes managing wellhead service operations at GE Middle East & North Africa and directing well integrity operations for Schlumberger across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Ahmed holds an MBA from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
