Brandon Lagoe

Brandon Lagoe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance improvement and operations management. Currently serving in a Performance Improvement role at Constellation since February 2025, Brandon also operates as an entrepreneur at Lagoe Properties since January 2018. Brandon has held multiple positions at Novelis since May 2001, including Operations Leader responsible for Cold Mill operations and Manufacturing Excellence Leader focused on implementing lean six sigma and World Class Manufacturing concepts. Brandon holds two Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management, earned from the State University of New York at Oswego (2012-2015) and SUNY Empire State College (2016-2018).
