Cara Pyne

Cara Pyne is a highly experienced professional in process improvement and quality management, currently serving as the Process & Quality Lead at Novelis since June 2021. With a background in driving world class manufacturing operations at Roberts Bakery as the Value Stream Manager, Cara has also held significant roles in continuous improvement at Ornua Ingredients UK and as a Manufacturing Technology Engineer at 3M. Cara's educational accomplishments include a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, alongside earlier studies at Belfast Royal Academy. Additional experiences include positions as a Student Ambassador at Newcastle University and an industrial placement at GSK and ExxonMobil.
