Denis Takahashi

Denis Takahashi is a skilled process and quality engineer with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently employed at Novelis since September 2019, Denis leads improvement projects using World Class Manufacturing (WCM) tools and manages the implementation of the Progressive Quality Pillar at the Santo André facility. Previously at MAHLE from June 2014 to September 2019, Denis coordinated supplier quality engineering activities, focusing on non-conformity management and cost impact assessments. Denis also gained valuable experience as an intern at Mercedes-Benz do Brasil, where involvement included material analysis and quality maintenance projects, and as a scientific researcher at Universidade Federal do ABC, contributing to projects on optical and microstructural studies of ceramic materials. Academically, Denis holds an MBA in Quality Management and Engineering from USP and degrees in Materials Engineering and Science and Technology from Universidade Federal do ABC.
