Elizabeth Earl

Elizabeth Earl has work experience as an HRIS Lead at Novelis since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Northwestern University for several years, starting as an HRIS Business Systems Analyst Lead from September 2004 to October 2015, and then as a Functional Applications Manager from October 2015 to June 2021.

Elizabeth Earl completed a Bachelor of Science in Business in Organizational Development from Miami University in the years 2000 to 2004. Elizabeth then pursued a Professional Development Program in Business Analyst from Northwestern University from 2008 to 2009. Lastly, they earned a Master of Science in Information Systems in Information Systems Management from Northwestern University from 2010 to 2013.
