Haifeng Chen

Haifeng Chen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and industrial plate sectors, currently serving as the Sales & Marketing Director for Novelis in the Asia Pacific region since April 2020. Previously, Haifeng held the position of Sales Director at Aleris, where responsibilities included managing product sales across Aleris global plants to Asia, business development in China, and key account management for major clients such as Airbus and Boeing. With a solid foundation in sales and marketing strategy development, Haifeng has also acted as General Manager at Shanghai Construction (Asia) Group and has held various roles at Siemens and Hitachi. Educational qualifications include professional management accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the UK, a Master’s degree in General Management from IAE France, and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Shanghai International Studies University.
