Heinrich Prinzhorn

Heinrich Prinzhorn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations transformation and project management, currently serving as Director Operations Transformation & PMO and R&D Director Europe at Novelis since April 2013. With a track record of managing 11 employees in customer service, quality, innovation, and complaint handling, Prinzhorn also led a dedicated R&D team of five, coordinating efforts across multiple disciplines such as customer service, production, engineering, and supply chain. Prior experience includes a position as a scientific researcher at the Leibniz-Institut für Oberflächenmodifizierung and a role in software development at Microliquids GmbH.
