Joseph Park

Joseph Park, CRE, CMRP, is the Global Director of Reliability at Novelis, Inc. since October 2003, where responsibilities include training, coaching, auditing, and developing Reliability and Maintenance programs across global manufacturing facilities. Previously, Joseph served as a Master Black Belt at Novelis' Cleveland Corporate Office, focusing on continuous improvement program development and curriculum creation for various Six Sigma certifications. Joseph also held the position of Black Belt at Logan Aluminum in Kentucky, leading improvement projects and teaching Green Belt courses. Prior to Novelis, Joseph was the Engineering/Reliability Leader at Logan Aluminum from 1994 to 2003, managing a team of engineers and crafts. Joseph earned a degree from Tennessee State University between 1984 and 1988.
