Rochelle Orlando

Rochelle Orlando serves as the Innovation Portfolio Manager at Novelis since June 2022. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Graco Children's Products, ranging from Associate Product Development Engineer to Senior Product Development Engineer from August 2017 to May 2022. Rochelle also worked at GE as a Risk & Reliability Engineer in the Gas Turbines division for a brief period in early 2017. Prior to this, a position in the Engineering Development Program at John Deere involved rotations in Performance and Reliability Engineering and Production Marketing. Early career internships at John Deere, alongside an engineering co-op at Merial, provided foundational experience in the field. Rochelle holds an MBA in Strategy from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
