Skye Evans, M.A., is an accomplished manager specializing in organizational effectiveness with extensive experience at Novelis since January 2018. In the role of Manager, Global Organizational Effectiveness, Skye enhances efficiency and productivity through bespoke strategies and solutions tailored to company goals. Previously, Skye served in various roles focused on improving workplace efficiency, employee engagement, and organizational culture, including designing and overseeing programs for employee recognition and leadership development.
