Shimrit Bar-El

Shimrit Bar-El is the Co-Founder & CRO at Novella LTD and also holds the title of Regulatory and IP Advisor at ChickP. Previously, she served as the R&D Manager & Research Associate at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where she managed research studies in food allergy and nutrition. With a background in biochemistry and biotechnology, Shimrit has extensive experience in project management, product development, and intellectual property.
