José Miguel Salazar Vargas

José Miguel Salazar Vargas is an experienced industrial engineer currently working at Novem Group since June 2023. Previously, José Miguel held positions at Eurotranciatura México as a manufacturing engineer, where responsibilities included assessing product feasibility based on RFQs and creating packaging methods and process sheets. Prior roles include planning and purchasing engineer and production supervisor at Brasimex maderas y embalajes, as well as production supervisor at Grupo Palancas, focusing on meeting production targets and resource management. José Miguel also worked as a manufacturing engineer at Siemens, leading the "Campo de pruebas 2018" project, and as a junior manufacturing engineer at Bosal.
