Thomas Geissler

Thomas Geissler has extensive experience at Novem Car Interior Design GmbH, where tenure began in 1996. Initially serving as Technischer Leiter, Thomas contributed to significant growth by expanding the workforce from 90 to over 500 employees and doubling the production area. Responsibilities included procurement of operational resources in Europe and export to Honduras, as well as overseeing local and external personnel planning. Since 2009, Thomas has held multiple managerial roles, including Industrial Engineering Manager and Head of Process Management. Key contributions involve the industrialization of production processes, planning for material flow and capacity, investment planning, and advancement of the aluminum division, alongside direct customer engagement and process approvals according to VDA 6 standards.
