Silby Jeyachandran

Silby Jeyachandran is a Project Engineer at NOVENCO Building & Industry since July 2023, bringing a diverse background in leadership and customer service. Previous roles include Bar Supervisor at Charlie's Cabana, where Silby enhanced the business's public image and managed social media promotion. As Team Leader for NCS - National Citizen Service Trust in 2021 and 2022, Silby guided teenagers from minority backgrounds, focusing on personal development and skills training. Experience also includes positions with HAP Recruitment as Bar Staff and as a Teaching Assistant at Test Teach. Silby is pursuing an Integrated Masters in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering at the University of Southampton, having previously completed a Space Summer Programme at ISAE and A Levels at Wallington High School for Girls.
