The Supply Chain and Procurement team at NOVENCO BUILDING & INDUSTRY A/S manages the end-to-end supply chain process, including sourcing, purchasing, and logistics. They ensure timely acquisition of materials for the development, production, and sale of cooling systems, optimizing costs and efficiency. Team members coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory, and utilize ERP systems to streamline operations.
