Cristina Costache

Cristina Costache serves as the Global DPO&CISO at Noventiq since May 2021, where responsibilities include developing privacy governance and cyber security strategies across over 60 jurisdictions, conducting information security risk assessments, and establishing a business-aligned privacy framework. Additionally, Cristina is an advisory board member for the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), focusing on content development, educational resources, and supporting privacy professionals in Europe. Prior experience includes serving as Privacy Lead and General Counsel for Strauss Coffee B.V. and General Counsel for Strauss Romania, where responsibilities encompassed planning privacy strategies, managing legal operations, and delivering compliance training. Cristina holds a law degree from The Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest and a postgraduate degree from INPPA.
