Inkar I. is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Team Lead for Eastern Europe and Central Asia at Noventiq since March 2024. Previously, Inkar held the position of Country Recruiter for Central Asia at LC Waikiki, managing recruitment across Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan, where over 70 employees were hired and six stores were successfully opened.
