Sweta Bhattacharya

Sweta Bhattacharya is an accomplished communications professional with a diverse background spanning over 15 years in internal communications, marketing, and corporate communications. Currently serving as an Internal Communication & EVP Specialist at Noventiq since January 2023, Sweta is responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive internal communication strategies. Prior to Noventiq, Sweta held the position of Manager – Internal Communications at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, overseeing communications for over 11,000 employees across multiple business units. Sweta's expertise includes leading PR and digital marketing initiatives at TrawellTag | Cover-More, and managing corporate communications activities at organizations such as Allcargo Logistics, SBI Capital Markets, and Hutchison Global Services. Sweta holds an MBA in Marketing Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media with a specialization in Advertising.
