Shane Medley

Shane Medley has extensive experience in project leadership and military operations. Presently serving as a Project Lead at Novetta since June 2020, Shane has concurrently held the position of Special Operations Team Leader with the U.S. Army Special Operations Command since February 2014. Prior to these roles, Shane worked as a Project Management Consultant at Integrated Project Management Company from January 2015 to May 2020 and served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army from June 2008 to January 2014, as well as an Infantry Team Leader in the Montana Army National Guard from December 2002 to June 2008. Shane holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Arizona, obtained between 2020 and 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Montana, completed in 2008.
