Cheryl Morano currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Consumer Fragrance & Oral Care at Symrise AG, a position held since July 2024. Additionally, Cheryl is a Customer Advisory Board Member at Novi Connect since August 2021. With a long-standing tenure at Firmenich, Cheryl has held multiple key roles, including Vice President of Fine Fragrance Sales, focusing on Fine Fragrance, Body Care, and Home Fragrance for international, regional, and local accounts, and Vice President of Specialty Retail, where Cheryl achieved double-digit growth with major clients and emphasized talent management and innovation. Previously, Cheryl was President of Agilex Fragrances from April 2020 to July 2024 and served as Senior Sales Director at Givaudan from May 1989 to September 1999.
