Nicole D'Anton

Nicole D'Anton is a skilled professional with extensive experience in product management and chemical engineering. Currently serving as a Product Manager, Science and Research Lead, and Chemical Data Manager at Novi Connect since March 2021, Nicole has a background that includes working as a Chemical Modeling and Simulations Engineer at Jacobs, where responsibilities involved simulating performance of life support systems for NASA missions. Prior to that, Nicole contributed to protein-lipid interaction research as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Cornell University College of Engineering and gained experience in flavor applications as an intern at Robertet Group. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University, earned in 2019.
