Yugant Patra

Yugant Patra, PMP, is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in project management and technology delivery across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of IT Projects at Novick Corporation since May 2023, Yugant also pursues a Doctorate in Adult Learning and Leadership at Kansas State University. Previous roles include Senior Director at Conduent, where responsibilities encompassed managing technology delivery for transportation solutions, and Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP, overseeing a significant integration program for a generics manufacturing company. With a strong foundation in finance and IT transformation from over a decade at Capgemini and early experience as a Graduate Assistant at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an Associate Consultant at Capgemini, Yugant holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
