Joanne Wormald

Joanne Wormald has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Joanne started their career as a Research and Fundraising Intern at CHIVA Africa, where they gained strong research and analytical skills. Joanne then worked as a Data Analyst, Researcher, and Telephone Surveyor at the University of Plymouth, where they developed strong communication and analytical skills. Joanne also worked as a Project and Events Coordinator & Personal Assistant to the Director at Faith Matters, a not-for-profit organization aimed at reducing extremism and promoting interfaith dialogue.

Following that, Joanne held several roles at different companies. At G4S, they worked as a Contract, Bid, and Project Coordinator, demonstrating exceptional communication and project coordination skills. Joanne then joined CBRE as a Bid Manager, responsible for managing large-scale tenders in the EMEA region for clients in the financial and technology industry.

Joanne later worked as a PMO Analyst at Salesforce and AXIS Capital, where they gained experience in project management and coordination. Joanne then joined Proactive Technical Recruitment as a PMO Manager, overseeing and managing multiple projects.

For the past few years, Joanne has been working at Aspen Insurance Group, starting as a Senior PMO Analyst within IT Business Change before transitioning to the role of Senior PMO, where they served as a Senior Delivery PMO Analyst within IT. Joanne is currently working at Novidea as a Project Manager.

Joanne Wormald pursued their education beginning in 2003 at Churchill Community School & Sixth Form, where they completed their A Levels in Government and Politics, Economics, and Mathematics with Statistics. Joanne then enrolled at the University of Plymouth in 2010 and attained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations with Politics in 2013.
