Pawel Nitek

Pawel Nitek has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Pawel started their career as an Information Assistant and Customer Support intern at PZU in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Freelance Writer at Innovaweb and also served as a Welcome Service Member at the University of Warwick.

In 2015, Pawel joined Granta Design as an Implementation Consultant intern, where they handled various responsibilities such as software implementation, customer support, database management, and data analysis. Pawel successfully worked on significant projects for internationally recognized customers.

Following their internship, Pawel transitioned to Sequel Business Solutions Ltd in 2017, where they began as a Graduate Business Analyst and later advanced to the role of Business Analyst. Pawel worked on projects involving data analysis and participated in meetings with customers to discuss issues and potential solutions.

In 2019, Pawel joined Brit Insurance as a Business Analyst until 2021, and then they moved on to Novidea. At Novidea, they initially served as a Senior Business Analyst and is currently working as a Lead Business Analyst.

Throughout their career, Pawel has gained experience in various areas such as business analysis, customer support, software implementation, data analysis, and project management.

Pawel Nitek completed their Master's Degree (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Warwick from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, they participated in an Erasmus Exchange program at Koç University from 2014 to 2015, focusing on Mechanical Engineering. In March 2018, Pawel obtained the London Market Insurance Essentials (LM1) certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
