Emelie Ahrengart

Emelie Ahrengart has a diverse range of work experience. Emelie recently joined Novier as a Property Asset Manager in 2022. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they worked at Stena Fastigheter as a Property Asset Manager, where they managed finances and developed business plans for commercial and residential real estate.

Before their time at Stena Fastigheter, Emelie worked at Oscar Properties from 2014 to 2020, where they held various roles. As a System Manager from 2018 to 2020, they focused on digital business development and IT efficiency. Emelie also developed a digital platform and housing app for customers and trained housing cooperatives on their usage. Earlier, as a Customer Manager from 2017 to 2018, Emelie managed the customer journey in housing projects, including key handovers and inspections.

Emelie also has experience in sales and project engineering. As a Sales Assistant from 2016 to 2017, they conducted real estate market analysis and managed showrooms during sale starts. In their earlier role as a Project Engineer from 2014 to 2016, Emelie supervised projects and handled purchasing and procurement.

Additionally, Emelie worked as a Course Leader at EF Education First in 2015 and as a Student Ambassador at Sveriges Ingenjörer in 2012.

Emelie Ahrengart started their education in 2007 at Aspect College in Perth, where they studied Cambridge Advanced English. In 2010, they enrolled at Jönköping University and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, with a focus on Design and Architecture. Emelie'sstudies at Jönköping University concluded in 2014.

In 2013, Emelie participated in an exchange program at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree. Emelie then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Real Estate and Construction Management at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2018 to 2020. As part of their Master's program, they also attended The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2019, specializing in Real Estate Management.
