Henrik Forsberg

Henrik Forsberg has extensive work experience in various roles related to technical management, project management, and sustainability. Henrik is currently serving as the COO / Head of Technical Management, Project Management & Sustainability, and is a partner at Novier since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Novi Real Estate AB as the Head of Technical/Project management and Sustainability, also as a partner, from August 2016 to February 2022. From January 2013 to August 2016, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Hifab AB in Stockholm International. Before that, they worked at KF Fastigheter, where they held multiple roles including Head of Construction and Engineering from February 2011 to January 2013, Technical Manager from February 2010 to February 2011, and Project manager from November 2005 to February 2010. Henrik'scareer began at Energo AB, where they worked as a Project Manager from January 2002 to November 2005.

Henrik Forsberg completed their MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology between 1997 and 2002. In 2001, they conducted their Master Thesis in Engineering at the University of Florida. Additionally, they pursued studies in National Economics at Stockholm University from 2000 to 2001, although it is unclear whether they obtained a specific degree in this field.
