Ryan Swei

Ryan Swei has worked in the software engineering and development field since 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Clinician at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes. In 2017, they were a Technical Software Development Intern at Northrop Grumman. In 2018, they were a Software Engineer Intern at XPO Logistics, Inc., where they rapidly prototyped proof-of-concept business communication applications and integrated numerous API, PaaS and database products into dynamically changing web-based Python applications. In 2019, they worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Relativity, where they collaborated with UX, Product, and Engineering team members to redesign a core user feature, owned all development efforts and new feature implementation of the redesign, and built UI tests with Selenium for high traffic C. In 2020, they were a Software Engineer at Microsoft, where they led technical development of a UI on the Microsoft Admin Portal that simplified the consumer experience for managing M365 products and architected and launched a UX allowing for efficient testing of API dependencies. In 2022, they will become a Founding Software Engineer at Novig.

Ryan Swei attended Southern Utah University from 2015 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Ryan then continued their education at Northwestern University from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. In April 2016, they obtained the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA.
