Jomet Cherian

Jomet Cherian is an experienced professional in incident management and technical support with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as an Incident Lead at Novigo Solutions since April 2020, Jomet oversees day-to-day management involving configuration and administration tasks, leads the documentation process for incident responses, and manages communication across teams during incident management bridge calls.
