Guillemette Pontini has extensive work experience in the field of research and development, specifically in antibody production and purification. Guillemette started their career in 2002 as a Technician in an animal facility at Inserm. In 2006, they became a Research Assistant at Inserm, where they worked until 2008. During this time, they gained experience in research. Guillemette then joined NovImmune in 2008 as a Research Assistant and Lab Manager of Antibody Production Unit. In this role, they were responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for various antibody formats. Guillemette also managed both upstream and downstream activities and ensured product quality and manufacturability. Guillemette's role involved operating procedure writing for instruments, antibody production and purification for in vitro and in vivo activities, and managing all internal recombinant antibody supplies. Guillemette implemented and optimized production and purification methods to improve efficiency, quality, and yields. Guillemette also performed routine product quality analysis and managed the antibody bank for the company. Guillemette worked at NovImmune until the present, and their role as a Research Assistant in the Upstream Process Unit lasted from October 2008 to March 2009.
Guillemette Pontini pursued their Biochemistry and Biology Technical degree from l'ESTBB between 2003 and 2006. Following that, they attended the École Pratique des Hautes Études from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained their Master Degree in Signaling and Integrated System in Biology.
