Robert Hughes

Robert Hughes is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in field services and engineering. Currently serving as Senior Director of Field Services Operations at Southwire Company since December 2023, Robert has previously held multiple leadership positions at Novinium, Inc. since March 2015, including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations. Earlier in Robert's career, significant roles at UtilX Corporation spanned from January 2001 to March 2015, where Robert was Director of Western Operations and Regional Operations Manager. Robert's academic credentials include an MBA in Environmental Management from the UW Foster School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
