Currently serving as Finance Counsel at Liquid Agency since May 2003, Melissa provides specialized finance and accounting advice while managing special projects. In addition, Melissa holds the position of Finance/Accounting Controller at Novio in San Francisco since August 2014, where responsibilities include budget development, process analysis, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP. Prior experience includes serving as Accounting Manager/Assistant to the CFO at SF Luxon Carra and Accounting Manager/Assistant to the Director of Finance and Operations at Red Sky Interactive.
