Heather Klug

Heather Klug has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Heather currently holds the position of HR Operations Manager at Novir, where they are responsible for establishing the human resources function and facilitating the growth of the team. Heather has created policies, systems, and an employee handbook, and has formed a talent pool of skilled healthcare workers. Prior to their current role, Heather worked as an Alliance Coordinator at Catalyst, Inc., managing relationships and contracts with 25 partners. Heather also served as a Sales Coordinator at Brainlab, where they supported the sales team in the medical equipment industry by preparing quotes and informational packets. Heather's experience includes a role as a Call Center Supervisor at American Girl, overseeing a team of call center representatives, and as a Sales Associate at Sterling Jewelers, where they excelled in sales and customer service.

Heather Klug attended Beloit College from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Government, and Legal Studies.
