Ard Huininga is currently the CEO of PIDZ │ Professionals in de Zorg and serves as CEO a.i. at Novisource. Huininga has a proven track record in leading digital transformations, notably as the General Director of Youbahn, the first and fastest employment platform in the Netherlands. Previous roles include Project Leader in Marketing for the London 2012 Olympics with NOC*NSF and various leadership positions in marketing at VriendenLoterij and KNVB.
