Marco Cordoni, CTMP

Marco Cordoni has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Their most recent position is as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Novisto, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at McGill University as a Talent Acquisition Advisor in the Faculty of Medicine from December 2021 to March 2023, and as a Staffing Administrator in the same faculty from November 2019 to December 2021. Marco also gained experience as a Recruiter and Human Resources Associate at Next Wireless Group from January 2019 to November 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Localization & Functionality Quality Assurance Game Tester at Keywords Studios from July 2017 to December 2018. Marco was a Daycare Provider at Au p'tit Monde de Franco from April 2016 to July 2017, and a Paid Intern at Blue Fish Senegal from April 2014 to June 2014. Marco Cordoni, CTMP has a diverse education history. In 2017-2018, they attended McGill University and obtained a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, Cordoni pursued their Bachelor's degree at St. Thomas University in Romance Languages and Literature, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Distinction. Before their university studies, Cordoni completed their high school education at the International School of Dakar - ISD from 2009 to 2013, resulting in a High School Diploma. Alongside their formal education, Cordoni has also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they achieved the Tech Recruitment Certified Professional certification from DevSkiller, and in the same year, they completed the Strategic Human Resources certification through LinkedIn. Most recently, in 2023, Cordoni received the Certified Talent Management Practitioner certification from the Canadian HR Academy.
