Peter Li is a Managing Director at Novistra with more than 10 years of experience in executing financial transactions. Prior to Novistra, Peter worked for Moelis & Company, New York, where he led several cross-border teams and transactions, was a trusted negotiator in high-stakes situations such as debt restructuring, mergers and joint ventures, and was an advisor to boards of directors on capital allocation and growth strategies.
Peter has worked across industries spanning aerospace and defence, automotive, chemicals, consumer, financial institutions, gaming, lodging & leisure, healthcare, metals and mining, technology, and real estate - across North America, Europe and Asia.
Peter graduated with an MBA from the London Business School and is currently based in New York.
